PAYMENT TERMS: IF YOUR 30 DAY ACCOUNT IS APPROVED, ALL INVOICES MUST BE SETTLED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF STATEMENT. MONTHLY STATEMENT ARE ISSUED ON THE 5TH OF EVERY NEW MONTH.

GOOGLE ADS BUDGET, HOSTING, DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS AND RENEWALS ARE DUE ON RENEWAL DATE.

1. Payment will be made promptly as per terms described above;
2. Any indulgence which Digital4Front (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter described as the Supplier) may grant shall not constitute a waiver of any rights of the Supplier who shall not thereby be precluded from exercising any rights against me/us which may have arisen in the past or may arise in the future;
3. Should any amount owing by me/us/the company become overdue for payment then the Supplier (Digital4Front Pty Ltd) may claim immediate payment on demand of all amounts owing at that time, whether payment be overdue or not, and that I/we would be liable for all legal costs incurred, as between Attorney and Client. Failure to make payment in accordance to the payment terms will also lead to termination of all hosting, domain and retainer services.
4. The information in this application is true and correct, and I/we undertake to notify in writing any change of details shown herein, including change of ownership, name and/or address, within seven (7) days of such change;
5. I/We am/are duly authorized to sign this document; and herewith interpose and bind myself/ourselves as surety and co-principal debtor.
6. I/We specifically consent that the Supplier may:
   • disclose the existence of my/our account with the Supplier to Credit Bureau’s; where credit is granted, transmit details to a Credit bureau of how the customer has
   • performed in meeting its obligations under the account, and share such information with other Credit Bureau’s for purpose of assessing further applications for
   • credit by ourselves (and its Directors, Members or Partners, as the case may be) and for occasional debt tracing, debt collection and fraud prevention purposes;
   • where I/we fail to meet my/our financial commitments to the Supplier, record my/our details with Credit Bureau’s:
   • refer information relating to my/our credit performance to Credit Bureau’s for banking and credit assessments, statistical analysis, and credit scoring purposes, and
   • use such information to identify products (including those supplied by third parties) which may be relevant to ourselves.
